Just wanted to post our family Christmas pictures from last night!
Sarah was such a good girl at pictures this time, so we ended up with lots of good shots where she was actually smiling!
In other family news, Duane had an interview at a biotech company in Cary, NC yesterday. It went really well, so now we just have to wait and see what happens. Sarah will be moving up to the Toddler classroom tomorrow, so today is her last day in the "Betweenie" classroom. She has been visiting her new class all week, and she seems to be adjusting well. She hasn't quite figured out unstructured play on the playground yet, but she seems to be getting better each day, so we feel sure that she will soon decide that she enjoys the playground. Otherwise, she is doing great! She hasn't really been sick at all since she got her ear tubes (knock on wood), so that has been a blessing. We will hope her good health continues throughout the winter!
We are looking forward to a relaxing weekend, as usual. Duane has a bowling outing planned for tomorrow evening with some of his coworkers. Sarah and I are looking forward to a visit with Jennie and Julia this weekend! Jennie and I are planning to take the girls back out the see the holiday lights at Tanglewood tomorrow night. Sarah loved them the first time, and Jennie and Julia have not been yet this year, so that is our plan for tomorrow evening. Otherwise, I imagine we will just enjoy our time visiting together and watching the girls play together...I am sure they will keep us on our toes!
